Here's how we got there. ## Our Team – A senior leadership team with logistics and technology experience at scale Zach Rash is the CEO and co-founder of Coco, a robot delivery company that uses human-piloted sidewalk robots to deliver meals, groceries, and other goods, and he and his co-founder, Brad Squicciarini, started developing Coco while they were students at UCLA. ##### Zach Rash Co-Founder and CEO Brad Squicciarini is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Coco, where he leads the development of the company’s autonomous delivery systems. After graduating from UCLA with a degree in Computer Science, Brad co-founded Coco and built the company’s first robotic platforms. He now oversees autonomy, robotics engineering, and core system architecture to support Coco’s growing delivery fleet in urban environments. ##### Brad Squicciarini Co-Founder and CTO ##### Melissa Fahs Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Singer is Chief Business Officer and a member of the Board at Coco. Before joining Coco, Daniel founded and sold several startups, including Tendies—an options-trading platform backed by Redpoint and Founders Fund. He brings deep experience in scaling businesses, securing financing, and building strategic partnerships across the tech ecosystem ##### Daniel Singer Chief Business Officer Rob Zehner is Vice President of Engineering at Coco, where he leads cross-functional teams spanning robotics hardware, autonomy, and backend infrastructure. With over 20 years of experience, Rob previously held senior roles at Amazon’s Lab126, where he helped launch Kindle devices, and E Ink, where he helped pioneer e-paper technology. He holds over 50 U.S. patents and brings deep expertise in scalable product engineering. ##### Rob Zehner Vice President, Engineering Carl Hansen is Vice President of Government Relations at Coco, responsible for public policy, regulatory affairs, and community partnerships. Before Coco, he led government relations at Bird and the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce. With a background in urban planning and public policy, Carl has played a key role in expanding Coco’s operations into major cities across the U.S. and internationally. ##### Carl Hansen Vice President, Government Relations George O’Brien is the Vice President of Product Management at Coco Robotics, where he leads the company’s product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Drawing on his experience leading product teams at high-growth companies including Dropbox and Instacart, George specializes in scaling products and organizations that deliver exceptional customer experiences. At Instacart, he served as VP of Product for the Fulfillment organization during its rapid COVID-era expansion. At Coco, he focuses on building innovative products and teams that advance the company’s mission to make last-mile delivery more sustainable and efficient. ##### George O’Brien Vice President of Product Management Melissa Golubski is Chief of Staff at Coco, where she drives strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination across the organization. She brings over 10 years of experience at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology, including work on CGM sensors at Medtronic, cardiac devices and building a matching platform in the surrogacy space.
